In accordance with Section 31 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, any aggrieved person may file a complaint before the Authority or the Adjudicating Officer through the RERA Web Application.

• Form M (Authority): For possession, refund, compliance, quality issues, or other violations.
• Form N (Adjudicating Officer): For compensation and/or interest claims.
• Select the correct form strictly based on the relief sought; incorrect selection may cause delay or rejection.
• Relief claimed must fall within the jurisdiction of the selected forum.
• Execution proceedings may be initiated only after disposal of the complaint and after 60 days from the order date.
• Fee: ₹1,000 (online payment only through payment gateway).
• Provide accurate and complete information to avoid rejection or legal consequences.
