Since its inception, RERA Bihar has been steadfast in its mission to protect the interests of homebuyers and to promote fair practices among real estate developers. The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, has provided us with a robust framework to regulate the real estate sector and to bring about much-needed reforms. Our primary goal has always been to create a trustworthy environment where every stakeholder can thrive.

Looking ahead, our focus remains on continuous improvement and adaptation to the evolving needs of the real estate market. We are committed to fostering a culture of compliance and ethical business practices. Our regulatory measures will continue to be stringent yet fair, ensuring that the real estate industry in Bihar flourishes in a sustainable manner.
